The Secretariat is committed to supporting the University Secretary in developing and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance; and for upholding and supporting the values of the University: in particular, integrity and professionalism are integral to its work.

Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, you will have relevant experience of commercial insurance terms and conditions and be able to provide specialist, technical advice to the University community.  An important part of the role will be to liaise with the University’s insurance brokers, bringing people together to successfully achieve your outlined responsibilities.

As a motivated and proactive Insurance Officer in our professional team, you will have experience in insurance matters and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be a strong team player and have the ability to exercise initiative and work independently, actively seeking ways to improve service delivery. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately.
