Registry Services is a central department with overall responsibility for maintaining accurate Student Records and Data within the University.
We are currently seeking a flexible, self-motivated and well organised individual to support the administration of all data related activities, acting as the focus for students, staff and relevant external agencies, providing appropriate advice and support across the University community. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated to operate in a dynamic and busy environment, while maintaining the highest standard of customer service and data integrity. You will have previous experience of working in Higher Education sector and knowledge of the processes supporting the student lifecycle as well as an in depth understanding of SLC and UCAS business processes to support the student journey.You will possess excellent team working skills as well as the ability to prioritise effectively, balancing conflicting requirements and deadlines to achieve results within fixed timescales.
This role is for a period of 6 months.
