Located in the beautiful city of Lincoln and well connected to businesses in the area, Lincoln International Business School is a growing and ambitious school with an internationally diverse student body and a set of programmes ranked highly in the National Student Survey. The School is investing in research and enterprise and seeking to enhance its role as a hub with both local and global connections. The Business School occupies a custom designed building close to the railway station with modern learning spaces for students, a specialist facility for corporate education, and flexible spaces to support collaborative research. 

Academics within the Department of People and Organisations have an international outlook and a commitment to both teaching and research in the field. The multicultural team contribute to a successful portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in management and related areas; successful candidates would be expected to contribute to the delivery and development of these programmes.   We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their subject, are keen to develop a profile which includes delivery of research-engaged teaching along with production of high quality publications, and who are actively seeking external funding to support their research.

Applications will be welcomed from candidates with research interests which complement or extend our existing expertise in areas such as cross-cultural management, leadership, migrant workers, gender, and change management. We aim to make an appointment at either Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level; candidates should state which level they are applying for. 

You will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, interdisciplinary and collegiate environment which supports excellence in research. At Senior Lecturer level you will be actively engaged in research, publishing in high quality journals in organisational behaviour and related disciplines, and have experience of PhD supervision.  For appointment at Lecturer level, you may have recently submitted, or be soon to submit, your PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Occupational Psychology or Management.
