Student Services and Administration is seeking a motivated individual to join the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Student Services Team.

The Surrey Business School delivers a range of high quality challenging degree programmes for which you will be responsible for delivering the administrative support for the undergraduate level.

Working closely with the Senior Administrative Officer (Programmes), this role will require excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as computing skills (databases) and the ability to work at a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate flexibility and understanding of student and staff demand.  You will also need to be adaptable to different situations and should be well organised and methodical in your approach.

Relevant administrative experience, would be a distinct advantage.

A good team player, you will have proven administration experience, have an approachable and understanding manner and have an eye for detail.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will be in contact with a wide range of people. The ability to work well in a team is also vital and you may be expected to assist colleagues in other areas during busy times.
