An opportunity has arisen within the Client Services and Guest Care department for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised Guest Care Manager.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Front of House area, motivating and developing a large team of Front of House advisers to achieve the required standard of service delivery, and to ensure a positive guest experience and professional image of the Sports Park at all times. Rota management experience is essential in order to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for all hours of operation and remain within budget. Therefore, there will be occasions where shift cover is necessary to meet the operational needs of the department. 
The role requires the ability to think independently, problem solve and lead by example with excellent communication skills. Responsible for a team that deals with a wide range of external and internal enquiries, comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Surrey Sports Park will be integral to performing this role successfully, as well as a desire to deliver training and excellent customer care and service.
In addition, the post holder will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills, along with adaptability, openness to change and personal motivation in all aspects of their work.
