About the Role 

You will join the HR Department in an evolving role providing administrative support to the Reward and Resourcing Adviser in the delivery of the Reward and Resourcing strategies.

You will be involved in the implementation of a wide range of reward and benefit initiatives that support our resourcing strategies to attract and retain talent. You will support the Reward and Resourcing Adviser in processes relating to resourcing talent such as drafting adverts, producing market insight reports and monitoring interventions. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the Benefits systems and have responsibility for promoting events and initiatives through timely interventions.
