The Wellbeing, Safety and Health Service are a dynamic service with a wide range of activities and functions. We deliver a robust safety management system to the University across many areas of expertise including Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Staff Counselling and Psychological Support, Fire Safety and Radiation Protection.

We require an individual with good communication and interpersonal skills, who can work with a high level of accuracy at all times. We want you to work with our administrative team and use your strong IT skills to develop and maintain the service website and manage the SharePoint document management system. Expertise in multimedia formats and a high level of competence in using Microsoft office including SharePoint will be essential.

As the role will support the whole service for a variety of office functions, being willing to adapt and being flexible to the changing needs of the team will be important.  Strong customer care skills and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills along with a keen eye for detail will be important skills for the successful candidate.

Previous experience in an educational or healthcare office setting is desirable.
