About You

With relevant experience of teaching on programmes in higher education, you will demonstrate confidence as a flexible, positive and visionary team player with the ability to lead creative academic programmes within perioperative education. Excellent communication skills with an ability to be flexible and responsive in a team are crucial to the role.

About the Role 

Due to the current post holder securing a prestigious external research award, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced individual to undertake the role of Programme Leader for the Faculty’s expanding Surgical Care Practitioner provision.

You will join a dynamic and innovative team and will make a major contribution to the leadership, management and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes. You will be expected to contribute to research in line with Faculty research themes. All themes have successful research leaders who play a key role in supporting and developing academic staff to further enhance their research profile. This is an exciting opportunity for appointees to join a Faculty with a growing research culture and portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes which address key workforce challenges.
