The Role Are you looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced, student focussed team?  Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for providing an outstanding service to a wide range of stakeholders? We are looking for a high-calibre Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment based in Millennium Point. We are looking for someone to provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support to our schools. The role is varied and duties will include working on our reception desks, dealing with enquiries, updating our student records system, supporting compliance activities, supporting Faculty events. Candidates should have experience of working in a similar fast-paced environment, be willing to undertake a wide range of tasks and be able to perform well under pressure. You will be expected to work independently, as well as within a team. You will need to work well with people, have exceptional communication skills, youwill need to demonstrate exemplary IT skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
