Do you have previous administrative support experience? Have you got excellent organisational and people skills? Are you looking for a busy and demanding role in a friendly environment? 

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to support the School of Law’s Community Engagement activities, and the Centre for Innovation and Research in Legal Education (CIRLE). You will co-ordinate a wide range of student volunteering activities; assist in creating and maintaining relationships with community partners; working in close liaison with the Director of Community Engagement and providing administrative support to the Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and to the Director of Student Support.

You should have significant administrative experience, preferably supporting legal advice services and/or student education activities in the higher education sector. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will have the ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be an excellent team player with an ability to work to deadlines. You will be fully competent using Microsoft Office and be able to manage email and internet based systems.

Standard working hours for the post will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday however there may be an occasional need to work outside these hours to ensure the role is successfully supported.
