Registry Services are looking to appoint a proactive Administrator to join our busy team who will provide an outstanding service to all stakeholders. The role is within the central support department responsible for many administrative services that are provided to students and other areas of the University, including enrolment, student and course records, examination arrangements, results, visa compliance, timetabling and graduation ceremonies.  

The post involves frequent liaison with staff across the University, as well as external partners and you will have excellent ability to communicate accurately and clearly both in writing and verbally.  

You will be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) and have experience of working within a busy office environment.  You must have good organisational skills and strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent IT skills and a demonstrable ability to follow guidance in handling sensitive and personal information.  The ability to work proactively and solve problems is essential as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  We are also looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service.
