The www.industrials.co.uk  platform is building a fully integrating leasing, property management, legal and reporting system, cutting the time and cost of undertaking day-to-day asset management processes. Job Purpose: Stenprop is seeking a Prop Tech Real Estate Research Analystwith strong analytical skills who will be an active member of the Analysis and Financial Reporting Team at Stenprop, and will be challenged with both the KTP project and the ongoing management of the Industrials platform. The position will also offer extensive academic and industry facing management and leadership training. Main Activities & Responsibilities: Assisting in the implementation and ongoing management of Stenprop’s tech platform; Analysing the existing tenant base (mainly SME businesses) including creating a unique data capture & recognition platform for tenant requirements; Assisting in the development of a flexible lease pricing model (financial model), including (for example) the development of a dynamic pricing model based upon external inputs and datasets; Leading the KTP project including assisting in the academic research papers in collaboration with BCU Preparing and managing on-going reporting relating to portfolio performance; Assisting the team in the reporting, both internally and externally. Qualifications A minimum 2:1 undergraduate qualification in real estate or related area and/or an MSc in a related business or real estate area. Person Specification: The Analyst must be able to work to tight deadlines, have attention to detail and maintain high standards of work. Particularly: Very good analytical skills including advanced excel and financial modelling; Technical knowledge of software platform implementation Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team; A knowledge of property markets with an interest in emerging relevant technology; Proven capability to analyse data and establish key trends; An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attentiveness to detail and reliability.
