Do you want to work in a busy finance environment? Are you able to process transactions quickly and accurately whilst following finance procedures? Are you interested in providing an excellent level of customer service? 

We are looking for two enthusiastic, proactive Finance Assistants to support our Faculty Finance team in providing an outstanding service in the Faculty of Engineering. 

You will play an important role in the Finance Team providing advice and assistance to staff and students on a day-to-day basis, and will also undertake financial administrative tasks such as checking expense claims, producing routine reports and processing payments.

The role will require you to combine your excellent customer service skills with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines and promoting best practice. Previous experience of working with finance systems and procedures would also be advantageous.

Two roles are available, one ongoing and one fixed term for 12 months. Support for undertaking finance qualifications is available if appropriate.
