Lancaster Medical School is an emerging department within one of the top ten UK universities with exceptional student satisfaction scores. This 2 year fixed term or secondment opportunity has arisen to join a committed team at this exciting stage in the development and expansion of Lancaster Medical School.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated colleague to take up the post of Divisional Officer. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will provide a high level of administrative support and be responsible for the smooth running of the operations of Lancaster Medical School.

An experienced administrator, you will be an active member of the Senior Professional Services team as well as acting as line manager to other professional services colleagues.

You should be numerate, have excellent organisational, administrative, IT, interpersonal skills and extensive experience of office systems and processes. This varied and challenging role offers scope for personal and professional development.
