HR Business Partner (fixed-term post) (CC6360)

We are seeking an able HR Business Partner to join our talented team, developing our HR practice and capability across the University. You will partner a group of professional service departments and be responsible for the delivery of a wide ranging HR service to them with pace, innovation and customer service.

We are looking for a credible, positive and proactive HR leader, with the skills and track record of making a difference - building effective relationships with senior managers, understanding their business and identifying and providing the critical HR interventions to enable them to achieve their objectives. 

This would be great opportunity for someone looking to work in the Higher Education for the first time.
