International and Employability Manager (SB104)

The post holder will be part of the professional services Senior Management Team, within the Lincoln International Business School (LIBS) and will be responsible for the International and Employability service areas.  They will be expected to work as part of a team and contribute across the full range of that team’s activities. 

The role involves working closely with the Academic Leads for Internationalisation and Employability to ensure the successful recruitment of international students to LIBS programmes and increase employer engagement and graduate employability through multiple avenues, including placement activities.

The post holder will be resilient and intellectually agile, with the confidence required to establish and strengthen key stakeholder relationships quickly and credibly.  As a team player, they will have a collaborative approach and well-honed leadership abilities, enabling them to guide and empower our newly created International & Employability team.  The post holder must demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions and fresh ideas to the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across the full range of the Senior Management Team’s strategic activities, overseeing recruitment plans and the administrative processes used to enrol students onto LIBS programmes.
