Do you have the ability to provide high level administrative and project support? Are you well organised and able to manage your own time whilst working flexibly and pro-actively? Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships?

You will work closely with the Head of the Management Division and the Management Division’s Engagement Manager within the Faculty of Business to provide high quality and pro-active administrative and project support. The post will appeal if you are highly motivated and enjoy juggling a range of tasks using your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

You will provide the Head of Division, the Engagement Manager and members of the Management Division with administrative and project support, ranging from organising events to contributing to strategic initiatives in order to facilitate the effective functioning of the Division. 

Working in a busy team, you will be a first point of contact for external and internal colleagues and students and therefore will need a high level of professionalism and discretion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a respect for confidentiality. You will also be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of IT software packages.
