Join our student-focused Hospitality team on our Eastbourne campus where your strong communication, teamwork and customer care skills will be welcome in our innovative food outlet.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the breakfast and lunch service to 250 students and for assisting with menu writing, ordering, following HACCP processes and helping the outlet to meet its financial goals.  You will have regular contact with customers so the ability to communicate effectively is essential in order to provide a high-quality student experience.

Previous experience in a similar role or previous involvement in commercial catering is essential. A current Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, although training can be given

The hours for this post are 06:30 to 14:30 Monday to Thursday, 06:30 to 14:00 on Friday. This fixed term post is to cover leave and will be contracted until 30 August 2019.
