Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing (HSC18-09)

The school works closely with practice partners to prepare and develop health and social care professionals to provide high quality care. We are currently looking for a full-time permanent member of staff -Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer (depending on experience), to join our mental health nursing team. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to delivery of teaching at all levels and influence the development of a proposed post graduate entry route. The post holder will also be required to support the growth of placement provision for mental health nursing across the region.

You must possess excellent knowledge of the development and contemporary aspects of nursing practice and be registered with the NMC (part 1).   You must hold a first degree and be either qualified to Doctoral level or be willing to study for a Doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline or have subject expertise with specialist knowledge gained through research activity, professional practice or consultancy.
