Category: Admin/Clerical | Faculty/Division: Human Resources | School: Human Resources | Department: Human Resources | Location: Joseph Priestley Building | Post Type: Full Time | Closing Date: 14 Feb 2019 | We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Adviser on a fixed-term contract until the end of July to provide additional support to the resourcing team during the roll out of a new ATS (Taleo) and a period of process change. The position will partner with a defined group of university departments to support recruitment and selection activity and deliver on very high expectations of customer service. The role will also encompass internal projects and continuous improvement activities. We need someone with previous recruitment experience – preferably from a complex recruiting function – who will be comfortable providing a first class customer service and business while also managing an administration workload.  The recruitment advisor role encompasses significant administration during candidate recruitment and onboarding to ensure accurate employee data is available to meet operational needs, satisfy reporting and audit requirements. You will be able to evidence: Previous recruitment and/or resourcing experience in an agency or in-house environment. Experience with ATS and ERP useage and data entry (Currently Stonefish and Oracle ERP) An organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise different tasks, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload which at times may be unpredictable. Previous experience with Microsoft suite - particularly Word and Excel  A keen eye and an attention to detail as accuracy is a key requirement of this role. A willingness to work in a collaborative and continuously changing environment
