Staffordshire University is recruiting a number of cleaners to support the facilities management team.

There are a variety of 15 hour posts available. Shifts include 6am – 9am, 2pm – 5pm, 5 over 7, as well as solely weekend shifts. We require a degree of flexibility regarding the shift hours outlined above, particularly during our busy events season.  Postholders will be required to clean university and college buildings, as well as external areas in line with the University Cleaning Specification. You will also be expected to clean and assist with events as and when required. As part of this front facing role, you will be required to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues, students and visitors alike. Successful candidates will have a good knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, as well as experience of providing excellent customer service. You will be a positive individual and committed team player, but with the ability to work independently and on your own initiative. Previous experience is essential.
