We are seeking to recruit a Supervisor/Chef for our in-house catering operations at Staffordshire University.

Reporting into our Head Chef you will be responsible for cooking of food including counter and a la carte production following pre-determined menus using portion control and innovative presentation techniques.

Your responsibilities will also include the day to day operations of the unit, delegating tasks to Hospitality Assistants within the unit.

You will need to have a passion for food with attention to detail, quality and a “can do” attitude at the top of your agenda. You will be keen to have input to the development of the food offer at the University providing a creative input to the catering and hospitality team.

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual with experience of working in a busy catering environment.
