Working within a busy "Call order" Campus Bar at the University of Nottingham, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of products to a high standard. You will also be required to complete Food Safety documentation, clean equipment and provide ideas for product improvement. Candidates should be qualified to NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar busy role and environment. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills.

Hours of work are 25 per week worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged (mainly Monday to Friday between 10.30am and 3.30pm) for 52 weeks per year. Flexibility  will be required.
