The Faculty of Science and Technology’s Recruitment and Marketing team is responsible for the development and delivery of recruitment, conversion and marketing activity across multiple platforms and events to support the Faculty’s strategy for student recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the team and develop their career in a fast paced environment.

The main focus of the role is to develop and deliver a range of activities (both on and off campus) to prospective undergraduate students and key stakeholders. You will have line management responsibility for a small team of Recruitment, Conversion and Marketing Coordinators based within departments.

You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity in a fast moving and challenging environment of student recruitment.  The ability to work on your own initiative and communicate with a range of people from a variety of backgrounds is essential

A proven track record of delivering results in a student recruitment environment or similar role, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build strong relationships within an organisation is essential.

This post is to be appointed on a full-time basis, initially as a 3 year fixed term appointment.
