The School of Medicine staffing team is inviting applications for an Assistant Staffing Administrator to join our small, friendly and encouraging team, providing assistance for a varied range of administrative processes. 

As an enthusiastic team player, you will work within established procedures with minimum day-to day supervision to deliver the team’s activities. Your excellent planning and organisation skills will help you to organise your day-to-day work activities and manage multiple requests simultaneously without compromising on quality or accuracy. As a people orientated individual, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to converse effectively and confidentially with staff across the wider school on a range of administrative processes.

This permanent post is available immediately. Hours of work are full-time, however job share arrangements may be considered.
