Staffordshire University, Estates and Commercial Services department seek to appoint a Team Leader for Shared Services to lead the administrative team to ensure support is provided to the Estates Maintenance, Compliance and Projects team and the Campus Facilities teams. As Team Leader you will focus on motivating your team to deliver a responsive, proactive, customer focused approach in the delivery of services which support high quality environments for students, staff and other stakeholders.  

The postholder will manage the helpdesk function and undertake a variety of administrative work whilst ensuring support is provided to teams to manage property and statutory compliance information.

The role involves collection of KPI information, producing regular reports for the Estates and Commercial Services Management Team and working closely with the appropriate Finance Business Partner, acting as the first contact point for all financial procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations as well as contract specific requirements and payment terms. 

As part of a team, you will focus on delivering key University objectives and adopt a proactive, customer focused approach in the delivery of services which support high quality environments for students, staff and other stakeholders. A key requirement will be the ability to work as part of the in-house team, ensuring the University delivers the very best customer services.
