We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise and experience in Developmental Psychology and Social Psychology. Candidates should possess a first and higher degree which satisfies the BPS requirements of graduate basis for chartership (GBC). A doctorate qualification is preferred, but if not already in possession of a doctorate qualification, it would be essential that candidates are close to completion of such within the next 6 months. Candidates should be actively involved in research, knowledge transfer or professional practice. We are particularly keen to appoint those who use innovative teaching methods and who have an excellent track record of high quality lecturing. This is an opportunity to join an expanding, successful and multi-disciplinary School of Social Sciences. The Department of Psychology runs a suite of BPS accredited Single and Combined Honours undergraduate programmes, Foundation Year programme, and Masters programmes in Psychology, Forensic Psychology and Health Psychology.
