We are looking to recruit 2 x Employment Skills Adviser to work from our Brayford campus based in the city of Lincoln.  These positions play a critical role in providing a thorough and comprehensive Careers and Employability service to our students and graduates, whilst also contributing to maintaining and developing relations with key external partners and employers. The role of Employment Skills Adviser will complement a triage approach to Information, Advice and Guidance and will be fundamental in providing information and advice, whilst maintaining a responsible, professional approach of referral for in depth Careers Guidance and other services where needed. 

We have two full time roles available one is permanent and the other is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave.  The role will require you to work with students and graduates in both a group environment and on a one to one basis.  You will be required to research and develop a range of resources which you will use to support students and graduates in preparing for their progression into further study or employment. The role will work in close partnership with the Careers and Employability Advisers, to provide a comprehensive employer engaged support service to students and graduates.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
