We are looking for staff to work in the Hospitality Team; your work will involve a variety of tasks and provides the opportunity to expand your skills and experience. You will be the friendly face representing the University at VIP events for domestic and international visitors, providing a service to our internal colleagues & external visitors on a daily basis. The delivery of a consistent high quality ‘customer’ service is essential.

The University holds a number of events over the year, which requires a team of reliable, hardworking and dedicated people to support their smooth running. The events include conferences, summer schools, some with international visitors, graduation ceremonies, VIP dinners and catered events.

This is a permanent, full time all year round position, working an average of 36.5 hours per week, working variable hours each week including evening and weekend work across campus.

This position is available as an Apprenticeship Role for the right candidate. As an Apprenticeship role time to attend college and meet with your college tutor will be included as part of the week’s rota.
