Head of Business Services Support (A2598)

An influential and exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Head of Business Services Support to work within the Facilities Division at Lancaster University. Your role would be to provide Business Services Support to the Facilities Division and develop one business team, with responsibility for the Marketing & Communications Business Services Team, Space and Data Systems Team, Business Support Team, and dotted line support for the Customer Service Team, and for the Health & Safety Team within Facilities. You would also support the Facilities Commercial Services with landlord and tenant relationships.  

You will have been educated to degree level or have the equivalent relevant experience in business, Facilities Management, Law or project management and experience of successfully leading, managing and developing teams. As Facilities is a large division with circa 600 staff you will need experience of flexibly accommodating frequently changing customer needs and changing workloads in order to meet tight deadlines whilst working under pressure.

This is a full time, indefinite role.
