We’re looking for someone who is customer-focussed and has evidence of being a great team player. The job can be pressurised at times so you’ll need to be a good multi-tasker and have enough resilience to keep calm and level-headed. You will get a huge amount of job satisfaction, though, which makes it all worthwhile.
