The University of Bath is looking to recruit a Retail Supervisor who takes real pride in their performance, running shifts with a small team to ensure the store delivers the best customer experience.

Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to over-come work related challenges in a positive manner within a fast paced retail environment and reacting to new problems effectively and efficiently.

Maintaining a customer focused approach at all times, you will ensure colleagues are doing the right things at the right times and that availability is key with a well presented shop floor. You will have the responsibility of checking all routines and procedures are completed and coach the team where needed to ensure this.

This is an opportunity to work at a leading University within a large Southern Co-operative franchise store. The Fresh Grocery Store is located within our thriving campus in Bath. We are continually growing in success and currently serve in excess of 22,000 customers per week during term time.

This is a part time role (7.3 hours per week).
