About You 

You will have experience of management level programme leadership and assessment against the UKPSF along with a track record of delivery of high quality personal and professional development in teaching, learning, assessment and student support. A strong record of research and scholarship in the area of learning and teaching and full knowledge of emerging issues in the HE sector such as TEF and REF is essential to the role.

A track record of teaching excellence, the ability to fit into a culture of support and collegiality in the Centre for Learning and Teaching and across the University, along with the ability to undertake leadership of development teams and pan-university initiatives will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a member of our friendly and supportive team. 

About the Role

You will support the teaching and learning development activities and have particular responsibility for leading the delivery of the PGCTHE.  In addition, it is expected that you will contribute to the scholarly and research activities of the Centre for Learning and Teaching and the activities of the Edge Hill Learning and Teaching Fellowship scheme.  You will be expected to deputise for the Dean of TLD as appropriate.
