Category: Management | Faculty/Division: Human Resources | School: OD and Learning | Department: OD and Learning | Location: Joseph Priestley Building | Post Type: Full Time | Closing Date: 31 Mar 2019 |   As OD Consultant you will be designing and delivering OD interventions and blended learning solutions to build the capability of our workforce, as well as lead on behavioural change programmes to support our leadership development, staff engagement and talent management agenda. You will be implementing an annual programme of leadership network events, master classes and development centres, as well as inputting to and influencing OD and engagement strategies to support the University’s wider transformation agenda.  You will also be working in partnership with HRBPs and leaders at a local level.  Here you will be diagnosing and creating bespoke, business focused solutions to enhance team and people management skills, including facilitating away days, learning sets and providing one to one and group coaching. You’ll be an ambitious and experienced OD and learning practitioner, able to influence and engage diverse stakeholders and establish credibility at all levels.  You’ll demonstrate highly developed communication, facilitation and change management skills and tangible evidence of driving positive cultural change within large complex organisations.  In addition to being CIPD qualified or equivalent, you’ll have well developed coaching and stakeholder engagement skills and technical skills to use integrated HR and learning management systems to produce robust management information.  Experience of developing talent pools and succession planning would also be an advantage.
