The school office is a pivotal function, and we are seeking a Senior Programme Assistant to join our busy and friendly team.

The school office provides administrative support to academic staff as well as support to our students. The key areas of responsibility within this role will be the co-ordination and arrangement of assessment and examination board administration, as well as systems processes and procedures. As the successful candidate you will take the lead and guide other team members in these areas of responsibility.

The role also involves supporting the School Administration Manager and Deputy Administration Manager and you will be expected to deputise for them where needed. 

You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and its implications within complex organisations, as well as an ability to work systematically and under your own direction with a diligent and methodical approach. Educated to degree level or other evidence of a high level of analytical and problem solving ability, you will have experience of coaching and training other staff members as well as possessing strong communication skills and a background of developing strong working relationships.

Previous experience of Higher Education will be an advantage.
