About You

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a customer-service environment or a campus university in a similar role. In addition, you will possess experience in working in a HE organisation or similar. You will have a positive can-do attitude towards your work and our customers. Above all else, you will be committed to the FM Vision and Values and a commitment to providing the best possible student and customer experience. 

About the Role

Reporting to the Campus Support Manager and collaborating with relevant Campus Support Supervisors. As the departmental administrator, you will be expected to support the Manager in undertaking relevant office, procedural, system and administration tasks, ensuring efficient workflow to ensure the efficient running of the Campus Support team’s service.
