We are looking to recruit a Chef Manager to work within the Hospitality, Catering & Conference team. You will be part of the team providing fantastic food and drink offer for the students and staff in a newly built café, for the launch of a new medical school within the Health & Medical Science department. You will be managing a team of three staff and will have 600 students & staff daily, serving breakfast, lunch and beverages.
We expect you to interact regularly with the students, staff and visitors who enjoy our food – and to work with the Executive Chef & Head Chef to develop new ideas, concepts and food innovations to maximise sales.
