The University has invested £41 Million in a purpose built facility at its City South Campus in Edgbaston to accommodate the delivery of a wide range of new courses in the areas of Health, Life Sciences and Sport. New staff are sought who are innovative and passionate in supporting the ongoing development and delivery of this the BSc (Hons) Food and Nutrition Course, in addition to contributing to the School, Faculty and University’s strategic priorities. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of nutrition and food-related modules and take an active role in the development of course material, project supervision, and inter-professional learning within the faculty. Ideally, the successful candidate must have a PhD in Human Nutrition and be a registered nutritionist specialising in nutrition sciences (or working towards this). Previous experience of working in Higher Education is preferred, however those individuals with significant experience of working in clinical / health settings will also be considered.
