AV Support Technician – Job Share (Wednesday & Thursday)

The University of Bath is one of the UK's top 10 universities with an international reputation for research and teaching at the highest academic standards. The University's buildings are set in an attractive campus about a mile from the centre of Bath, a World Heritage City. 

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals with a background in AV or IT support and service delivery to join our Support Team within the University of Bath Computing Services Department. The University is currently expanding its teaching environments with several new buildings.

As a part of a dedicated AV team, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of excellent support services to staff, students and conference customers. The role will involve substantial contact with clients from across the University, as well as working with an array of computer and Audio Visual equipment to support conferences, teaching rooms, resolving and repairing faults, commissioning equipment and small project work.

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, able to work alone and in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills. Training will be available for suitable candidates.

This role is offered on a job share basis, working 14.6 hours per week on a Wednesday and Thursday.
