About You

Responsive and enabling in approach, you will demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with sensitive situations, handle conflict constructively and maintain professionalism. The ability to assess, plan and progress work activities, projects and changes using initiative and judgement is essential as is well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and interpret information.

About the Role

You will ensure the efficient operational delivery of the service, providing high quality and individualised learner support, liaising closely with other team members to ensure parity of provision across sites. You will have responsibility for the co-ordination of aspects of the service related to supporting students with SpLD and the liaison with faculties. In addition, you will also contribute to projects, working groups, initiatives and events relevant to the role, both within the service and across the university.
