Category: Management | Faculty/Division: Research, Innovation and Enterprise | School: B2B Marketing | Department: B2B Marketing | Location: City Centre Campus | Post Type: Full Time | Closing Date: 18 Apr 2019 | As part of the B2B Marketing Team in Research Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) the CRM Manager will lead, manage and deliver the development and adoption of Birmingham City University’s B2B CRM system and grow/analyse the University’s business data/intelligence to maximise the value and success of BCU’s data driven customer acquisition, retention and relationship growth activity. The CRM Manager will ensure that the B2B CRM system, business data and interactions from users and stakeholders meet operational and strategic requirements on a daily basis whilst continuing to evolve capabilities to improve business processes, strategic decision making and response to emerging needs and opportunities. Reporting to the Senior B2B Marketing Manager, the CRM Manager will lead on, but not be limited to, developing, analysing and reporting on business data intelligence, supporting B2B marketing campaigns, system use and data enhancement training for business engagement colleagues, the development and implementation of CRM rules of engagement and technical usability developments to the system. The CRM Manager will also work closely with project related stakeholders and partners internally and externally to ensure BCU’s B2B CRM activities support and deliver on strategic project and partnership requirements. This CRM Manager role offers the post-holder an exciting opportunity to take BCU’s existing B2B CRM capabilities to the next level of intelligence and success. To be considered for interview successful candidates will: Have a minimum of 2 years experience within a CRM or a data analyst role with demonstrable experience of working on data cleansing and appending, segmentation and profiling, campaign analysis, user training and successful stakeholder management at all levels Be educated to degree level in marketing, business, data analysis or relevant subject area or a combination of professional qualifications, skills and experience at an equivalent level Highlight, within their application, their dynamic, proactive, engaging and people focused approach to problem solving, driving CRM activities forward within challenging environments and delivering excellence within previous CRM roles Closing date for applications will be: 18th April 2019 Interviews for this post will take place on: 25th April 2019  Please note; on occasions where we receive a large number of applications, we may close the advert ahead of the publicised closing date.
