Trainee Lettings Office Coordinator

Contract: Permanent, Fulltime

University of Surrey Lettings is a multi-award winning Lettings Agency exclusively for University students.  We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join the team, to further enhance our service provision.

The post holder will be part of the Lettings Agency for private sector rented accommodation. They will ensure that the agency’s core mission of providing a high quality and financially sustainable commercial service to landlords is successfully combined with providing a free-to-use and comprehensive support service to University students.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team who have created a bespoke service that truly caters to the needs of the student population within Guildford, and works with local landlords and other stakeholders to provide an exemplar of service.

We are seeking an individual with energy and enthusiasm to be part of our proactive team, to help us further develop our vision of a supportive letting agency who values the needs of our tenants and landlords equally. You will be a self-starter who is willing and able to make decisions, prioritise your work and work autonomously. You will have significant experience of providing excellent customer service and support with great attention to detail. With it being essential that you have previously worked within the private residential lettings sector.

The successful candidate can expect to be working in a friendly and dynamic office. With significant interaction / relationship building with landlords, students and internal stakeholders.
