BG End Point Assessment Assurance and Delivery Officer (FIX-274-2019B)

Category: Professional/Support | Hub: Academic Engagement | Department: Partnership Development | Closing Date: 29 May 2019 |   In response to the comprehensive apprenticeship reforms over the past few years Bishop Grosseteste University is seeking an experienced Assurance and Delivery Officer who will play a key role within this new area of the University. This is a fixed term appointment until 31st July 2021. Your role will have two core focuses - the first is the deployment of a team of assessors to complete End point Assessment activities across England. This will involve drawing on the expertise of a bank of assessors and allocating them to undertake assessments where there is no conflict of interest, whilst delivering value for money and high standards of work.  The second focus in your role is the management of all End Point Assessment regulatory compliance including ensuring all services meet external regulatory and funding requirements.   To be successful in the role you will have a drive and determination to succeed and coordinate a dispersed team of IEPAs and IQAs that will consistently deliver the highest quality assessments. You will have experience of delivering work based learning, training or assessment of the highest standards and balancing the demands of employers, regulators and apprentices. You will be innovative and creative with excellent communication and resource management skills. You will be experienced and proactive whilst being resilient when faced with complex challenges often whilst under pressure.
