This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Regular & Leadership Giving team at the University of Leeds manages a fundraising programme with an average annual income of c.£800k and with approximately 5,000 alumni and friends supporting the programme each year it is a vital part of the University’s successful fundraising activity.

Donations received through the programme provide scholarships to hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The donations also support University research activity, as well as a range of initiatives which enable all students to thrive at Leeds regardless of their background or circumstances.

 As the Regular Giving Coordinator, you will join an ambitious team supporting the delivery of our multi-channel giving programme. You will play an important role in supporting the planning and execution of our telephone fundraising campaigns, and work closely with the team of student fundraisers. You will get the chance to support the development of our direct and digital marketing giving appeals from creative and print stages to data checking. You will play an important part in building relationships with donors, who are at the heart of our communications.

The role will be 35 hours per week, working 5 days Monday-Friday but you will be required to provide a flexible service working as necessary to meet the needs of the business. During telephone campaigns, evening work between 5-8:30pm will be required on a rotational basis alongside other members of the team. This evening work will typically start on campus at 5pm but can be completed remotely.
