Salary: Grade 5 (£25,742 - £29,605 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PA to provide administrative support to Directors in Student Education including the Director of Student Curriculum and Operations and the Director of Student Experience and Support. Working largely self-directed in your day-to-day work, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, flexibility and initiative in all aspects of the role. You will be responsible for complex diary management, maintaining accurate records and supporting administration needs across the directorates. You will be motivated by the variety and enjoy both structured and unstructured elements of the role.   

You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with people at all levels across the University and externally. You will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in order to manage a busy and varied workload. You will possess excellent IT skills and have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You will enjoy working independently, as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and using your own initiative and judgement to make decisions. Alongside your PA duties, you will play an active role in the Business Support Team, recognising the need for flexibility, collaboration and consistency across your remits.
