The Hospitality catering assistant is a critical role in the Catering and Events team of the Commercial Services Directorate, responsible for delivery of food and beverages across the University campus as well as to buildings in the City Centre.  The successful candidates will also support the Hospitality and Banqueting Team Leader with the delivery of functions and events.

Specifically, post holder duties include:

As Catering Assistant you will:Assist in the service of food and beverages to a range of customers along with basic food preparation duties. In addition undertake general cleaning duties within the catering department

Note that this role includes some evening and weekend working in line with business requirements.

This is a part time role working 20 hours per week.
