You will be joining the Information Management Team, who are responsible for 350 000+ records for alumni, volunteers and donors to the University.

As Information Management Assistant you will:

Verify and process updates from online and offline forms into our main database (Raiser’s Edge)Handle and respond to email enquiries from alumni and colleagues across the UniversityExport and import data to transfer information between different systems and sources

The Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO) strives to foster a welcoming, inspiring and supportive workplace. A standard working week will include 2 days on campus, with the option to work from home, or campus, on the remaining days.

This is a permanent, full-time post (36.25 hours). Applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may be considered.

About the Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO):

CARO is responsible for generating and coordinating philanthropic and volunteering support for the future development and success of the University.

We bring our global alumni community together through our alumni programme `Connected we Thrive' which provides relevant, beneficial and engaging activities and communications through which alumni can gain professional skills and insights or find personal motivation and inspiration. 

Through this activity we build a pool of engaged alumni, willing to advocate for the University, give their time to benefit students, staff or other alumni, or donate financially to support the student experience and world changing research.
