The authors are encouraged to submit via EDAS (https://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=19351) papers describing original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in the area of reliable networks design and modeling. All submitted papers will be reviewed. The total length of a paper should not exceed 7 pages formatted according to the two-column template. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
