All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical, research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and ISI.
