IV. International Rating Academy Congress: VILLAGE INSTITUTES AND NEW SEARCHES IN EDUCATION

Dear Colleagues,

“IV. International Rating Academy Congress” (IRAC4) will be held between 02-03 May 2019 in Çanakkale/Turkey. The theme of the Congress this year has been determined as “village institutes and new searches in education.

The Congress has two main objectives: Firstly, it is to bring the Village Institutes model into the agenda as a modern education model in today’s conditions. The second main objective of the Congress is to create a platform that will bring together the challenges raised in the field of education in changing world conditions. lthough our Congress is basically related to education, it is open to all areas that can be associated with the subject and multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies will take place.

We invite all academics, researchers, artists, teachers, non-governmental organizations and students who are interested in the theme of the Congress to present papers and participate in this information feast.

The language of the conference is English and Turkish. Abstract evaluation process will be according to reviewers (referees) comments. Abstracts will be selected on basis of double-blind peer review by at least two members of the Scientific committee and other independent reviewers (if necessary) according to established criteria and standards. Full-text papers will be printed in the Conference book. In addition, all papers is to be published in the international indexed Rating Academy journals after the review process.
